Richard Mewhinney is a Mortgage Broker with Homeguard Funding Ltd., recognized as a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist and has built a successful practice over the past 11 years.  Richard brings over 30 years in the insurance and reinsurance market.   While Richard’s practice encompasses all aspects of residential mortgages, he particularly enjoys helping First Time buyers and clients who are looking at downsizing or facing the challenges of living the retired life they want.
